shipping information

your favorite sister will ship your package out for a flat rate of $10 through USPS or UPS, anywhere in the US (exceptions apply such as AK, HI, or outlying territories). our flat rate international shipping is $25.

that being said— if you have a shipping preference and don’t mind paying for shipping, let us know! we’re happy to ship via the method you prefer

we will ship out your item ASAP after the order is received, usually the next business day, exceptions being custom-made or made-to-order items.

returns & damaged items

if you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, let us know, we want to make sure you’re as happy as can be!

if your item is damaged/defective PLEASE let us know. send us a photo to hello@yourfavoritesister.com and let us know your order information so we can make it right.

During the creation process of your doll, we will send photos every step of the way and wait until your approval to move on to next steps. therefore, we do not accept returns. however, any doll made by Your Favorite Sister has a lifetime membership to the doll hospital. If you have any issue with your doll, you can reach out to us via our email and we will arrange to have your doll mailed to us and repaired.
