agatha is not a toy, but a handmade art piece for doll girls 12 and up. every doll by your favorite sister is unique and just like real human people, may have imperfections. do not store agatha in direct sunlight, that may cause her varnish to become discolored. do not get agatha wet or expose her to high heat. when using agatha’s pull-strings, be gentle and pull either straight back or up, never down. consult the FAQ if you have issues. always speak to her kindly!
